Peruvian Pisco Sour

Celebrate Pisco Sour Week with a glass or two of this tangy cocktail.


    • 50ml Pisco
    • 10ml lime juice
    • 2 tsps simple syrup
    • 1 egg white
    • Ice


    1. In a shaker add the Pisco, lime juice, simple syrup, ice and egg white.
    2. Shake vigorously for a few minutes.
    3. Strain into a tumbler, spoon out the foam from the shaker and sprinkle the Angostura bitters on top of the foam.
    4. Serve immediately.

    Enjoy responsibly. Salud!
