Cuban Canchánchara

Said to have its roots in the fight for independence and a quick fix to any ailments suffered in the sugarcane fields, the Canchánchara will transport you to colonial Cuba.

    Ingredients

    • 50ml white rum
    • 25ml lime juice
    • 25ml honey

    Instructions

    1. Add all ingredients to shaker.
    2. Shake vigorously.
    3. Strain in a tumbler with ice.
    4. Garnish with a lime wedge.
