Costa del Sol Wyndham Arequipa

Our Ratings

Costa del Sol Wyndham Arequipa

Top-of-the-range hotel with a delightful garden and peaceful location, giving a nod towards the city's colonial past while offering a full range of facilities including an outdoor pool.

One of the few top-of-the-range hotels in Arequipa, the Costa del Sol Wyndham Arequipa Hotel (formerly Libertador) has an architectural style which nods towards the city's colonial past while offering a full range of facilities including an outdoor pool and a spa. If a large garden and peaceful location are more important to you than proximity to the city centre, this is a great option: it's in the residential zone of Selva Alegre, with fine views of Misti volcano.

Built in 1940 in colonial style, the low-rise building is painted a rosy ochre, giving the exterior a warm and rather grand look. Once inside, you will find long corridors flanked by large, simply furnished rooms. There is a restaurant offering a good choice of international and Peruvian cuisine.

What our clients say

97% of our clients rated their experience with us as Excellent or Good.

We were only supposed to stay one night but due to an earthquake in colca canyon we ended up staying for 3 and they couldn't have been more helpful in accommodating us .This was a lovely hotel , service was excellent .v spacious rooms and good facilities though they could do with the outdoor pool being heated ! Breakfasts delicious as was evening meal . The location is perfect on outskirts of city but within  easy reach .
