Panamanian Caribbean kayaking adventure

pan06-kayaking-free-xtrop

Explore corners of an idyllic Caribbean archipelago that are inaccessible to other visitors on a multi-day kayaking and canoeing trip that helps to support the islands' indigenous community.

If you have a well-developed sense of adventure and a yearning to explore far-flung desert islands, look no further than this 4-day kayaking and camping trip in the blissful archipelago of San Blas. This sun-drenched chain of Caribbean islets is an autonomous zone run by the indigenous Kuna, who are determined to preserve their traditional way of life and the natural environment. We offer a community-managed sustainable tourism programme that supports these aims as well as giving you the chance to explore some of the most remote and untouched parts of the archipelago, where tiny islands comprise nothing more than pearly-white sand and a cluster of palm trees.

Most days, there will be 3-6 hours of moderately energetic paddling with plenty of stops to enjoy the idyllic surroundings or hike along nature trails in search of tropical wildlife. Camping each night means you'll feel completely immersed in the Caribbean paradise that surrounds you.
