Simple and informal waterfront guesthouse, a convenient base for exploring Bocas del Toro.
The simple and informal Bocas Inn is on the waterfront, about five minutes' drive from the airstrip and a short walk from the island's restaurants, bars and shops. Like many of the buildings in Bocas del Toro, it is constructed from wood and sits right on the water, offering lovely views and the sounds of the ocean to soothe you to sleep at night.
At the water level, there’s a small sundeck with wooden deck chairs beside the bar and simple dining area. On the first floor, a covered wooden balcony with hammocks also overlooks the bay.
There are seven rooms; all are simply decorated and have few frills, but are air-conditioned with private bathrooms. Daily tours including guided snorkelling, bird-watching trips and mangrove walks.
