Bustling and popular resort hotel a stone's throw from Chichén Itzá, with beautifully landscaped grounds and excellent facilities.
The large Mayaland resort hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the extraordinary Mayan ruins of Chichén Itzá. It's a bustling and popular place, but its vast and beautifully landscaped grounds mean it never feels too crowded. The spacious rooms and suites are spread over three floors in the 19th century main building and in thatched bungalows scattered throughout the gardens.
There are three swimming pools, six restaurants and several bars. Leisure facilities include massage, tennis and 3km of trails winding throughout the grounds. There is also a spa in the Pavarotti building - built especially for the tenor's stay.

Quite and very restful
“Chichén Itzá [Mayaland] - I am so glad we stayed for 2 nights in a bungalow in the hotel which was beautiful. It was quiet and restful. There didn't seem to be many others staying and we had our pool to ourselves. A breakfast buffet was excellent.”MM, Oxford
