After a leisurely breakfast by the pool and mangroves at Cocina Milagro, how you fill your day is up to you. There’s a swimming pool right behind the ocean, a further lagoon pool, a choice of quality dining venues, a wellness spa and fitness centre, 18-hole oceanside golf course. To the front of the property there are loungers set up on the powdery white sands of the Mexican Caribbean. There’s also a kids club for the under 12s. For a change of scene, otional boat excursions can be booked to the Mayakoba lagoons which are a habitat for birdlife, turtles and even crocodiles.
