Posada de las Flores Loreto
Posada de las Flores is a delightful, authentic colonial-style hotel right in the centre of unspoilt Loreto
This property is a beautifully converted colonial mansion, located on the main square of Loreto. The building, pained a dusky pink, is most striking, and the walls within are also awash with the warm ochres of the Mexican palette. The air-conditioned guest rooms (go for a suite, they are large and airy and worth the extra), each named after a flower, are furnished with hand-crafted dark wood furniture and a sprinkling of antiques, which also embellish the nooks, crannies and stairways of the unreconstructed house.
Also in tune with the colonial style is the attractive ornamental courtyard, featuring exotic plants and stone fountains. Don’t miss the rooftop garden terrace, where you’ll find the restaurant where you can enjoy breakfast, and a stunning glass-bottomed swimming pool.
What our clients say
97% of our clients rated their experience with us as Excellent or Good.
Amazing experience. The rooms are out of this world with a view to die for. The view from my bed at 5a.m. when waking to go on the early bird walk,is a memory I shall have for the rest of my life! Truly spectacular! Lovely staff, so friendly and helpful. I wish we had come here when we were younger so that we could take all the hiking in our stride.VAJ, London
