Santa Cruz II
Santa Cruz II is a first class yacht refurbished in 2015 with an impressive range of facilities and activities, contemporary cabins and special programmes for families.
A popular choice for those who prefer to cruise on a larger ship offering more space, stability and a larger range of facilities than the smaller craft, the imposing Santa Cruz II can accommodate 90 guests. The 50 cabins range from single to triple, (a good choice for families or single travellers). Facilities are first class with ample social areas: there is an expedition lounge and library, restaurant, panorama bar and lounge with al fresco dining, fitness room and solarium.
The air-conditioned guestroom décor is contemporary, featuring generous use of polished wood and crisp white linen. There are 60 crew including eight naturalist guides and an underwater specialist. Different age bands and interests are catered for with groups for excursions put together accordingly. The cruise is very family friendly: there are special programmes and meals for children. When the ship drops anchor at Santa Cruz Island, you can stretch your legs mountain hiking, downhill biking and kayaking. Complimentary snorkelling equipment is available and wet suits can be hired. The ship is equipped with a glass bottomed boat offering an alternative to snorkelling to view the undersea world.
