A very good value cruise on a small and friendly owner-operated craft.

She looks a little like a converted fishing boat and the cabins are compact, but the 24m motor Samba yacht offers good value for money for those looking for an economical cruise in the friendly and informal atmosphere of a small vessel. The sails are sometimes raised to increase stability, and this adds to the rustic-nautical feel, as does the shiny polished teak throughout.

Samba carries just 14 passengers in seven fully air-conditioned cabins each with en suite facilities. There are both indoor and al fresco dining facilities, a small bar and two sun decks. The family operating the vessel has many local connections with the islands and ingredients for all meals are sourced locally. Snorkelling equipment is provided free on board (there is an additional charge for wetsuits).
