Galápagos Legend is a good value, family-friendly cruise ship which owing to its relatively large size is particularly stable and offers many activities and entertainment.
Galápagos Legend is a classic cruise ship offering comfortable and spacious travel for her 100 passengers. Distributed over four decks are five different classes of accommodation ranging from standard cabins (most with porthole) to large, bright suites offering good ocean views from their generous picture windows. All are carpeted with air-conditioning, private facilities and ambient music.
There is an inside restaurant, bar/lounge, lecture room and small outside pool with bar. The décor throughout is light in pastel blues, pinks and greys, with generous wooden trimmings. Naturalist guides are well-informed but there are also features of more traditional cruising, including folkloric shows and dance lessons.
What our clients say
97% of our clients rated their experience with us as Excellent or Good.
Ours were the only children on board but the staff were well prepared to meet their specific needs. Again, having interconnecting cabins made things much easier. The itinerary was excellent and we thought the boat was very comfortable, the food was lovely and the boys liked being able to get snacks from the Library area 24 hours a day! Of course they now all want to live on a boat and keep iguanas and tortoises as pets!GH, Manchester
Staff could not have been more friendly or efficient. Despite initial reservations about the size of the boat, we would now recommend it over smaller boats (less than 40). Landing trips very efficiently organised - numbers involved no disadvantage at all. Our guide (Jorge) was great and struck just the balance.MC London
