Delightful and perfect for the old city sights. High standard and friendly staff.TF,
We stayed here for two nights. The hotel is in the old town and quite close to the Plaza Grande. We found Quito overall to be delightful. The hotel is three stories high and is based around a couple of patios, which are roofed over with glass. Our room was on two floors on the second and third floors. There were double beds on both floors and our bathroom was on the upper floor. From the room on the upper floor we had access to a balcony running around the whole third flor, overlooking the patio, where meals were served. Both rooms had TVs with all the usual channels and the wifi was very good. The breakfast buffet was good.PR, Edinburgh
Hotel staff were excellent, and the hotel and restaurant were very nice too. The location is ideal for tourism. Only problem is that many rooms only have windows to the inner courtyard, and these cannot be opened, so the rooms lack daylight and can get stuffy.JC, Littlehampton
"Inner city hotel everything worked well and we enjoyed it."JG, Torquay
"We were a bit thrown by having no outside window but it was explained that the noise from the street would be excessive. The staff were extremely helpful and polite and the feel of the hotel was very pleasant."ND, Lewes
“Hotel in Quito was beautiful. Inner courtyards, free tea, coffee and wifi. Lovely staff. Lovely big beds and pristine bathroom. 2 minutes stroll away from the old town. Guided tour of old town with Andrea and visit to the Equator.”JR, Truro
Very nice hotel only one block from the main Plaza. Staff were lovely and the breakfast was also very good. Our room was a decent size too.CD, Ilkley

"Patio Andaluz is a perfect choice for first time visitors to Quito just a block away from the city centre and all the features a tourist is interested in. The hotel is wonderful, cool and quiet a lovely restaurant usually local musicians playing in the evenings and kind helpful staff."DW, Lingfield
