The central Unipark is a smart business-like mid range hotel opposite Guayaquil's unique Parque de los Iguanas.

A short walk from both the Plaza de la Administration - adorned with statues, fountains and impressive architecture - and the Malecon 2000 beach promenade, the Unipark Hotel sits opposite the Parque de las Iguanas (yes, there are plenty of these laconic creatures wandering around) right in the centre of Guayaquil’s lively commercial district.

This business-like, mid-range property’s smart, modern  guest rooms include contemporary, marble-fitted bathrooms, queen or king size beds and views across the city. With two separate dining rooms you can savour either Ecuadorian-fused international cuisine or Japanese gastronomy, whilst the buffet breakfast offers a  high quality choice. With efficient room service, warm hospitality and additional amenities including events salons and a gym with whirlpool and sauna the hotel offers reliable service to both business-people and travellers.

What our clients say

97% of our clients rated their experience with us as Excellent or Good.

"Would have liked to spend longer there. Arrived at 3pm after lunch had finished, having had breakfast at 7pm in order that luggage could be collected from La Leona at that time, although our taxi(at the other end of the walk was not until 11.15am. It would have helped to know that they have an all day snack menu. Beautiful gardens with lovely trails to waterfalls. (Again quite steep ascents and descents)."
