Bovedas de Santa Clara is a smaller, more boutique-styled sister to the Sofitel Santa Clara, with which it shares stunning facitlities.

You get the best of both worlds at this agreeable hotel in the old walled city of Cartagena:  good-value accommodation, comfortable and stylish if not overly luxurious, and access to the facilities and social areas of the top-of-the-range sister hotel Sofitel Santa Clara close by, including its exquisite pool, spa and restaurant.

The hotel shows off a pleasing fusion of republican and contemporary design, with scrupulous attention to detail including Egyptian cotton sheets and fresh fruit in the 18 individually conceived guest rooms and suites – most of which have carved balconies with lovely sea- or garden views.  The rooms are flooded with light – white is the predominant colour throughout.

There is a Jacuzzi and solarium on the top floor - To enhance your stay, you'll find the friendly and helpful service usually associated with smaller, upmarket boutique hotels.

What our clients say

97% of our clients rated their experience with us as Excellent or Good.

"Staff very helpful, hotel charming - in excellent location and our room was extremely comfortable. Breakfast staff very helpful - Aurelio and the chef. We had requested a quiet room, and it was quiet as it was at the back, even though the street at the front was noisy at the weekend. So we could enjoy the atmosphere in the street, yet retire to a quiet room. A super start to our holiday."
