What our clients say
97% of our clients rated their experience with us as Excellent or Good.
Most memorable experience: "So much but probably Torres del Paine, breathtakingly beautiful and not crowded although it was the busiest part of the year. Also the friendliness of the people, and lack of hassle everywhere- the only place where there was a bit was in the fish market in Santiago, but even there it was very low key and the people were not at all pushy."MT, Henley-on-Thames
Highlights: “I went to Chile mainland without any knowledge and was overwhelmed. The geology was stunning and range of scenery amazing”PC, Galashiels
A truly memorable trip all round because of the contrasts very difficult to pick the most memorable but Valparasio Casa Higueras we would have loved to have stayed longer and in Vina del Mar.DS, Chesham
Highlights?: The time in Torres del Paine, both Patagonia Camp and the treks through the stunning scenery.AR, Reading
Chile Best parts of the holiday: “Too many to name one but certainly Moon Valley, the salt lake lagoon, the Glacier at Torres de Paine”SJ, Welwyn
Numerous memories but seeing a puma emerge from bushes 10 paces or fewer away from us when returning from Mirador las Torres. It totally ignored us but gave us some shaky photos.EG, Hereford
Chile is a very safe, friendly and beautiful country.CP, Budleigh Salterton
Highlight: Torres Del PaineCG, Amersham
Highlights: Arrival at Tierra Patagonia hotel: and seeing two wild pumas nearby!PG, Oxford
Highlight?: Easter Island - amazing place - very good food, hardly any tourists and extraordinary history/statues etc. We could easily have stayed an extra night there. I would strongly recommend hiring a car there. We also booked a snorkelling trip which was good.CK, Ashtead
Patagonia, the scenery and wildlife, getting up close to a glacier, Easter Island fulfilling a childhood dream and much more, the perfect volcano, Osorno, the geology and flamingoes of the Atacama. Santiago and Buenos Aires both quite different but equally fascinating.EL, London
The whole experience of Atacama and Torres del Paine was amazing. In between Puerto Varas provided a welcome and relaxing contrast. The introductory tours of Santiago and Valparaiso worked very well and the guides were great... but experience tame compared to the other three destinations! Matetic was a fun last day/night.KH, London
Mount Fitz Roy and Los Torres, particularly the Pliegue tumblado walk.DS, Leatherhead
Patagonia for its stark beauty, stunning snow covered mountains and tranquility.SB, Solihull
We have travelled a lot in our lifetime but nothing prepares you for the breadth of landscapes that you will encounter in Chile. We had three weeks there and felt we only scratched the surface.CM, Trowbridge
Highlights?: Too many to mention ! Great mix of culture, sights and experiences. Love the inclusion of a horse ride from The Singular in Patagonia.HJ,
Highlight: The Atacama DesertBL, Tunbridge wells
Three highlights: the trip over the Andes from Santiago to Mendoza with its links to San Martin's epic journey to liberate Chile and Peru in the 19th century; the three Neruda houses in Chile; and the Museo del Barro in Asuncion (Paraguay).JRF, Cambridge
The lasting impressions of this great country will be with me forever. So will the fantastic photos and memories.PC, Hereford
The three major parts, Atacama, Easter Island and Patagonia were all special in different ways.BM, Macclesfield
We have travelled a lot in our lifetime but nothing prepares you for the breadth of landscapes that you will encounter in Chile. We had three weeks there and felt we only scratched the surface.CM
Highlight?: Touring Easter Island, it was a unique experience, one that is very different to many resort islands that one can visit worldwide.DM, Newcastle upon tyne
Each separate part of the trip was excellent. Patagonia most memorable for scenery and Easter Island for history and scenery.RR, Aberdeen
Most Memorable Moment?: So many overall but the glaciers, Torres, the cruise and Orcas/penguins.AB, Fordingbridge
Highlights?: Patagonia Camp and Torres del Paine National Park.CD, Shepton mallet
The visit was basically divided into three separate parts - self driving on the Carretera Austral, the ferry cruise which I arranged separately, and the visit to Tierra Patagonia. In their very different ways, all were excellent and memorable.TAK, Ilkley
Chile was AMAZING!!! We loved the country, the scenery and all the people we met. Glad we had warm clothes for the cruise or we would have come unstuck in Atacama, especially when going to the geysers as it was minus ten Celcius. As we approached the cruise time we wondered if we'd cope with the Zodiacs, but everyone was so helpful and safety conscious. The all-time highlight of so many on our holiday was standing in silence at the Pia Glacier. Our favourite guide was Cyril in Chiloe. He became a great friend and we had some lovely times together.RW, Paphos
Highlight?: Easter Island and seeing the moai statues was a lifelong dream and did not disappoint. The guide was excellent a fantastic and beautiful island.LVA, Tamworth
Highlights: Visiting Patagonia and staying at the Patagonia campFT, Mansfield
We loved all of southern Patagonia but four days at the Explora was undoubtedly the highlight.NM, London
