The quirky Reino Fungi Lodge has taken inspiration from the surrounding enchanted forest of Huilo Huilo for the styling and decor.

One of an eccentric and unusual complex of hotels to be found within the enchanted forests of Huilo Huilo, Reino Fungi Lodge is a quirky tree-house-style property shaped, as its name suggests, like a giant mushroom. The structure itself has 22 rooms, whilst most facilities including restaurant, bar, library, games room are located within the adjacent Nothofagus hotel and surrounding forest. All the styling and decor is inspired by the natural surroundings and crafted by local artists.

Walls, doors and stairs are all carved out of regional wood. In the grounds or connected to the accommodation you'll also find a swimming pool, mini-golf and a spa with massages, sauna and steam room; there's even a micro-brewery.
