OUR GUIDE TO the weather in the Iguazu Falls – Brazilian side
The thunderous Iguazú Falls plummet from a sheer 60m drop, crashing through lush, subtropical jungle alive with wildlife and butterflies. The summer months (December - April) in Iguazú are hot and humid, especially in January. Rainfall and water levels are at their highest then, and the falls are particularly dramatic. The spray will soon cool you down. May and October - November are pleasantly warm and often sunny. Winter mornings (June - September) are crisp, but the sky is often clear. With less rain, outdoor activities are easier to undertake.
