Alvear Art Hotel
The Alvear Art Hotel, the Alvear Palace's little sister, complements the older property's classic style with an innovative, contemporary and (as its name implies) arty style.
Since this centrally-located property is related to the prestigious Alvear Palace, you can expect the same high standards of service at the Alvear Art Hotel. While the opulent parent hotel prides itself on its nostalgic, sumptuous design and atmosphere, the more economical Art has a bright, contemporary look.
The no-nonsense but well-furnished guest rooms have an ambiance which is rather more corporate than at the romantic Palace. With cool wooden and marble flooring and muted colours it's a place for people who value comfort above style. Some modern works of art stud the public areas.
Facilities include Jacuzzis in the guest rooms, a spa and gym. Our tip would be to try and catch sunrise from the rooftop pool.
