Lata Foundation

 

Journey Latin America is delighted to support The LATA Foundation.  The LATA Foundation which was set up by the Latin America Travel Association (LATA) to help fund a range of projects managed by local NGOs and to put something back into the region where we all work.

The Foundation approves and funds projects throughout Latin America.  Projects approved for funding vary greatly from poverty reduction to environmental preservation and conservation.

Since 2009 when the LATA Foundation began its great work, many small NGOs and projects have benefitted from funds raised by the LATA Foundation. These include:

The LATA Foundation is staffed by volunteers from across the travel industry, both here and in Latin America.
