This exclusive lodge is located within its own reserve in the area of Poas Volcano National Park. Each of its 16 individual cabins (suites) is surrounded by lush vegetation, providing plenty of privacy. They are roomy and beautifully furnished, and have a comfortable living area, private terrace with river of cloud forest views, small outdoor Jacuzzi, and luxury bathroom. The semi-al fresco restaurant uses many fresh and organic ingredients. There is also a spa beside the river offering massage, beauty treatments, and (with advance notice) yoga. The lodge has numerous jungle trails to explore, and other activities include river rafting, horse riding, and kayaking.
