This small and intimate lodge is situated deep in the glorious scenery of Mountain Pine Ridge, with easy access to the cool Caribbean pine forests, waterfalls, limestone caves, savannah grasslands and tropical rain-forest which make this part of western Belize so attractive.
There are 12 cosy cottages with open fire (for cool evenings) and mahogany furnishings, scattered around the extensive grounds where tropical fruits are cultivated for use in the restaurant’s kitchens.
The main house, converted from the original homestead, is the social heart of the lodge, with three lounges, books and bar. There is an outdoor Jacuzzi and pool, where your dinner can be served on request.
Organised excursions may include hiking, mountain-biking and bird-watching. |
