A great way to combine a countryside stay (wildlife safaris in the grasslands and cattle ranches of los Llanos) with a get-away-from-it-all Caribbean island beach holiday in los Roques. Adventurous, off-the-beaten-track, but extremely relaxing. A load of different experiences from caiman-spotting to snorkelling in just over a week.
