The Galapagos Islands

Cruise Ship - MV Legend

4, 5 and 8 day cruise from £896

Good value cruise in the Galápagos Islands

Fly from Guayaquil or Quito to Baltra
Mondays: 4 or 8 days / Thursdays: 5 or 8 days

The Legend is a classic cruise ship offering comfortable and spacious travel for its 100 passengers. Distributed over four decks are five different classes of accommodation ranging from standard cabins (most with porthole) to large, bright suites offering good ocean views from their generous picture windows. All are carpeted with air-conditioning, private facilities and ambient music.

There is an inside restaurant, bar/lounge, lecture room and small outside pool with bar. The décor throughout is light, if a little bland, in pastel blues, pinks and greys, with generous wooden trimmings. Naturalist guides are well-informed but there are also features of more traditional cruising, including folkloric shows and dance lessons.

Cruise Itinerary

Recent changes to Galápagos National Park guidelines mean that cruise itineraries now vary greatly from departure to departure. The islands visited on each holiday will be determined by your departure date and the length of the cruise, so we no longer feature detailed itineraries on our Galápagos holiday cruise pages. Our travel consultants can provide you with detailed information about cruise itineraries that apply to your preferred dates, or see our Galapagos FAQ page for more information.
