Day 5: Fly to Cartagena, stay for 4 nights.
Day 6: At leisure in Cartagena.
Day 7: Excursion to the Rosario islands.
Day 8: At leisure in Cartagena.
Day 9: Transfer to airport.

Flights to Latin America can be daytime or overnight, while the return flight is always overnight, so you will need to add at least one day to arrive at the total length of your holiday.
