Drive from Punta Arenas airport to Puerto Natales to embark and sail from Last Hope Sound to glacier Pio XI, the largest in Latin America.
Disembark by launch at Puerto Eden, tiny fishing village with no streets, founded by descendants of the indigenous Qawasqar people.
Continue south through Paso del Abismo (Abyss Pass) to Amalia glacier and explore a region where glaciers either debouch into the sound, or hang far above it.
Disembark in Puerto Natales and drive to Punta Arenas airport.
