Bolivia’s astonishing Salar de Uyuni, at over 4,000m above sea level, can now be explored on a unique, top-end adventure from San Pedro de Atacama in Chile. Visit one of the remotest regions on earth - tyhe Atacama desert between the Salar de Uyuni in Bolivia and Chile's volcanic deseet. There's no tourist infrasctructiure here - for some of the 11 day trip you'll be camping, but it will be very comfortable and well-organised.

11 days
.Days 1-4 At explora en Atacama. Enjoy a variety of excursions, luxuriate in the hotel’s private hot springs and relax by the pool before continuing to the Bolivian frontier.
Day 5-9 Drive across the Salar de Uyuni - South America’s most remote and startlingly beautiful terrain; camp among the dazzling salt flats, deep blue skies and turquoise lagoons. All camping equipment will be provided - along with hot showers and hearty meals prepared by a chef who will accompany each party. Return to Chile along a different route, crossing the Salar de Coipasa and the northern altiplano, arriving Iquique on day 10.
Day 11 Depart Iquique.
