Spend a few days in exciting Rio de Janeiro then head down Brazil's Green Coast to the barefoot beaches and forest trails of the undeveloped island of  Ilha Grande. Explore the exquisite colonial port of Parati then hop on a plane from Rio to the Iguazú Falls, which thunder through sub-tropical jungle, and then it's just a 2 hour flight to enjoy a steak, wine and tango in Argentina's sophisticated capital, Buenos Aires. It's a great suggestion for your honeymoon, too.

Day 1: Arrive in Rio de Janeiro, stay 2 nights. Jeep excursion to Corcovado.
Day 2: Cable car excursion to Sugar Loaf mountain.
Day 3: Drive and ferry to Ilha Grande, stay 3 nights.
Day 4: At leisure in Ilha Grande.
Day 5: At leisure in Ilha Grande.
Day 6: Ferry and drive to Paratí, stay 2 nights.
Day 7: At leisure in Paratí.
Day 8: Return to Rio.
Day 9: Fly to Iguazú Falls, stay 2 nights.
Day 10: At leisure at the Iguazú Falls.
Day 11: Fly to Buenos Aires, stay 4 nights.
Day 12: Buenos Aires city tour.
Day 13: Evening tango show and dinner.
Day 14: Optional excursion over River Plate to Uruguay.
Day 15: Transfer to the airport.

Owing to many clients' preference for flexibility, and the variation in flight price according to season and availability, the price quoted excludes the cost of international flights, which we will happily arrange for you. Flights to Latin America can be daytime or overnight, while the return flight is always overnight, so you will need to add at least one day to arrive at the total length of your holiday.
