Itinerary
Day 1 Evening departure from UK arriving Foz do Iguassu next day.
Days 2&3 Explore the Iguazú National Park. Excursion over the border to the walkways which offer an intimate view of the Argentine side of the falls.
Days 4-6 Fly to Rio de Janeiro, accommodation in Copacabana. Excursions to the statue of Christ the Redeemer, crowning Corcovado mountain, and by cable car up the Sugar Loaf Mountain from where there are mesmerising views of Rio’s celebrated beaches.
Days 7&8 Drive along the scenic Costa Verde coastal highway to the Pestana Angra hotel. Wind down overlooking the bay with a caipirinha cocktail or pamper yourself at the hotel’s spa.
Day 9 Return to Rio and fly to UK arriving day 10.
