For an adventure safari in Brazil we take you on a wildlife holiday to the Pantanal, a wilderness of marshy grassland cut through by rivers, creeks and lagoons, leaving the abundance of birds and animals exposed to view. Our Pantanal lodges all offer comfortable rooms, most with gargantuan buffet meals, hammocks to swing in and pools to cool down in. You’ll head off on safari by boat, truck, on horseback or on foot.

Our Comment

A marvellous combination of wilderness adventure in the Pantanal and beach holiday on the balmy coast of Bahia. I've been virtually everywhere in Brazil and can genuinely say that the Pantanal is one of my favourite places - the stunning flight of tropical birds against an apricot sunset sky is an unforgettable image - and the Praia do Forte hotel is in my top 10 hotels.
