Highlights? "Each day had its own highlights. Torres del Paine was beautiful, the glacier visit, the walk in the French Valley."

"It was a good mix of people - mainly older, however, everyone got on well and there was a lot of laughter.
Highlights? "Ice trekking on Perito Moreno glacier - never imagined we'd do anything like that! The boat trip on the Beagle Channel and the wildlife we saw - amazing. A wonderful walk to Pingo waterfall in Torres del Paine - we walked for three hours and only met one other couple.
... we felt that despite looking at other companies, JLA are the experts in the region hence our decision to go with yourselves."

Highlights? "Scenery in excellent weather was superb. Hotels were well located and generally good. The local guide in Buenos Aires was really excellent - informative and enthusiastic.
The outward and return journeys were long, tiring and uncomfortable but business class is expensive - would overnight stop overs with two legs for both outward and inward flights be possible and more cost effective?"

"This is an excellent tour - well balanced, not too much travel by road, good hotels.
Success of trip owed much to great guide. Veronica Lampon was absolutely fantastic, efficient, friendly and doing many things beyond the call of duty. The success of trip owed much to her.
Large group (possibly a little too large), there are obvious advantages in this - mainly flexible and sociable.
Would welcome additional day in Santiago. City tour of Buenos Aires a bit disappointing (enclosed minibus unsuitable). Boat trip to Colonia should be part of trip from which people can opt out.
Without exceptoin all the restaurants were excellent and varied".
